Dear 8th Grade Students,

You are embarking on what could be one of the greatest experiences of your life.  For the next four years, you will find that high school is a special place, one in which you make lifelong friends, pursue your passions and set a path for the rest of your life.  Our passion as the staff and faculty at PVHS is to provide you with as many opportunities as possible to get the most out of your high school experience.  We strive to offer students a small school feeling with the large school opportunities.  As our current students and parents can testify, our academics are second to none.  From the freshman experience of Link Crew and freshman retreat to Challenge Day, football games and club rush, PVHS not only offers students diverse opportunities, but supports them in order to meet their goals.  I am extremely proud of our staff, students and community and I feel so very lucky to be the principal of this tremendous high school

Please do not hesitate to view our website, stop by school or contact our staff to get more information about becoming a Sea King for life.  I encourage all of you to give PVHS a shot and Experience the Challenge!

Sincerely,

Dr. Nick Stephany
